This Privacy Policy describes how AVAS Company ("we", "us", or "Company") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the LangBridge mobile application and related services on Google Play (collectively, the "Service").
By installing or using LangBridge, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect information in the following categories depending on how you use LangBridge.

Sensitive data: Translation text, voice input, and chat content may include information you choose to enter. We process this data only to provide the features you request. We do not use this content for unrelated profiling or sale to data brokers.
We do not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described without notice or, where required, your consent.
Depending on your region, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (optional features, advertising where required), and legal obligation.

To provide translation and cloud services, your data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in the Republic of Korea and the United States (and other countries where our hosting or API providers operate). We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data transferred.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than required by applicable law (typically within 30 days for GDPR requests).
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at hanul0202@gmail.com or through in-app support. After verification, we will delete or anonymize data unless we must retain it for legal, security, or billing purposes.
LangBridge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, please contact hanul0202@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
If your jurisdiction requires parental consent for users under 16, you represent that you have obtained such consent or are of sufficient age to use the Service.
Where ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google’s Advertising Policies. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
The LangBridge mobile app does not use browser cookies. Our website (if visited separately) may use standard session cookies for basic functionality only.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL and, where appropriate, notified in the app or via email at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
AVAS Company is responsible for personal information processing for LangBridge.
